“This is one. One”Next, take out the numeral two. Tell the child, “This says two” and trace the numeral. Hand the numeral to the child and invite them to trace the numeral. Take two objects from the basket and say, “This is two. One, two”. Continue with the rest of the numerals.

Thank you! I'll try to keep them coming! I have my next three day seminar for my Montessori training coming up in 3 weeks, so I'm going to be super duper busy trying to do all my last minute projects! (yes, I am a huge procrastinator!) Anyways, I'm glad you liked my ideas!

Thank you! I am working on making activities for my daughter. I have sandpaper letters but not numbers. I did some stuff like this when I taught Kindergarten. I love your ideas. Keep them coming!
